We offer initial consultation phone appointments free of charge!  Call (720) 515-4244 or email to request an appointment.  



Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged the full fee for your scheduled session.  Your insurance benefits cannot be used to cover the cost of late cancellations or no showed appointments.

All payment is due at the time of service. Credit, debit, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs) are accepted.

If you do not see your insurance plan listed above you have the option of seeking out-of-network reimbursement.  Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits.  Using out-of-network benefits means that you pay for your therapy up front and submit statements to your insurance for potential reimbursement.  If you have questions about your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company directly.  Contact information regarding benefits can be found on your insurance card, usually listed as a phone number for "member services" or "customer support."
